Hi I'm Estelle
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, leaving you unsure where to turn. You may be carrying more than you can manage, facing life’s challenges or difficult situations, or feeling stuck, low, or anxious. It’s not easy to cope with these experiences. Having a safe space where you can share your thoughts while feeling listened to and understood can make a real difference.
I have worked in administrative roles in colleges and universities, involving both people and systems, and as an adviser in the charity sector. I also volunteered for a while with a crisis support service, offering a listening ear to people in urgent need. My own time in therapy, along with professional, volunteer, and personal experience, has given me some sense of the difficulties people may face and how helpful it can be to have a space to talk openly.
As an integrative counsellor and registered member of the BACP,
I provide a warm, accepting space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I see counselling as a partnership and my role is to accompany you, helping you reflect on your experiences and discover what feels right for you. My goal is to be a supportive and encouraging presence as you work towards a greater sense of ease in yourself.
